I just signed up to iksprivateserver, but at the checkout where i payed i get this error.

Should i wait the 24-48 hours until i get activated or should i try again ?

Make sure your payment institution accepts international payments.

There is a # to call on the back of your credit card. Call that number and check to see if they have authorized, if not tell them you plan to try to order your procuct again and ask them to process it. Knowing you are doing this as the legit card holder and not someone who stole information helps both you and them. I have to do this when ordering out of the state I live in except Amazon. That is why I use that card when ordering online.
