Blank screen

I am having a problem with the mag254. It was freezing a little. Changed my DNS to 8.8.8.8 and that helped. But my problem is that the screen just goes blank. Black. For 2 or 3 seconds. It will do this not only when I am watching a movie but also on the home screen. I have been using it for over 2 weeks and watched a few movies on it. Not a problem up until today. Any suggestions

Thanks for the quick reply asft. Problem is solved. The Mag254 was updated correctly. I switched the ethernet cable and the HDMI cable but it did not help. I set up the Mag254 up on another TV and it is working almost flawlessly. Only a minor amount of freezing. It seems the problem was with my TV HDMI port. Great job NFPS.
