for some reason my box is not updating its getting stuck on update screen i reset the box still doing the same any ideas guys?

if it's stuck, how did you reset??...are you referring to a hard boot or fac. default??

Factory reset i tried both manual reset too

Pretty sure it's not the server. Mine has been stuck for several days. Still waiting on customer service to "push" an update to my box. In the meantime it doesn't even make a good paperweight because it's too light! Lol. Good luck. Hope yours starts to work. 😞

Same issues here, stuck installing package nothing is working, isn't there a manual update we could go back to version 1.0.16 or up to 1.0.18, help?

That update produced an error for me. Didn't work/wouldn't update 😩

My version is 1.0.17. Says it's not a compatible update

as previously stated, 1.0.17 is the latest..updates do not always change the build #..

If your package installer fails to update do not do a reset the avov box you will be in my situation

Since the "Update "push" to fix installer failure" thread that was asking about the Avov TVOnline issue was closed I guess it can be linked to this one since they are addressing basically the same thing.

i closed that one because they where talking about the avov2 which is in wrong place hope you box get new update or they fix it they been working hard on doing both

Oh. Well I started the thread and clearly stated it was for tvonline plus it was posted in the tvonline section which was another good indication it was for tvonline. And I've gotten no help with correcting my tvonline "stuck" box. For only having a handful and a claimed solution it sure is taking a long time. Fixing one a day is better than what's happening so far. 😞. Fingers still crossed.

I called and talked to Avov today..............They said they can push a fix through to boxes that have installer problem..all they need is the S/N of the box....send with ticket..The missing Mac address in some boxes will physically have to be sent back to Avov......................

look you need to have the box up date so you can get that and like i said before they are down till tonight so please wait and then do a reset you should be good cant do nothing till then wont get mac or server setting you did a reset that is down please wait thats all i'm trying to tell you it down till tonight oh sorry for up wife got me mad
