Aspect Ratio / Distorted PIC (PPV)

Hi all,

Brand new user on day 2 with my Vixo 2 and so far I love it.

I have a question about the picture setting when watching PPV.

PPV movies play nice and crisp, however, they aren't letterboxed in the normal manner but play full screen. As such, the picture is slightly distorted.

I'm hopong there is a simple setting that I just haven't found yet. Any suggns?

have you tried settings and display

Are there specific settings for PPV only? Other channels are fine.

there should be no difference from PPV to other channels that i know of

i think thats the normal... kodi have a good quality... but my ppv quality is like the rest of the channels
