I have Avov 2 when I connect to internet by computer it works great when I connect on a 25 Ft. cable in living room it freezes any sugestions Thanks martys

Can you change the 25 ft cable, try that first, if it still freezes, then check to see if anything is near the cable that produces RF (radio frequency).

there are many choices of boxes, they are not all perfect!! I like my Avov 2 is the best for me in my opinion!!
