Channels not right

I have vixio2 there are some channels that are mixed up spike tv is just playing advertisement s when it should be cops and the other one is on tvaddons phenioux sports is not rolling the date it is still on August 25 could these pls be fixed thx team

nothing the avov team can do about 136 FX channel, provider is aware...as to Phoenix that is prolly up to their team..
