cant find mac address

I purchased a AVOV online from sponsor set it up no problem.

also remember each box has it's own mac so you'll prolly have to reboot Modem/router, sounds like no internet connection

I will try reboot of modem router as well as going back to wireless like the first one I set up
but I know I have connection because I l updated and loaded up from app store

no luck..
I have factory reset the AVOV a couple of times and re downloaded updates and still no mac address or no server settings to put my url
it does however try to get me to to log in to some serer where I need a user name and password

it may take awhile but yes this is supposed to fix issue ,i am still waiting myself.i was speaking with david avov and this was his suggestion.main thing is to contact them and let them know ,maybe they will need to send you another box ,i have another one and no issue with it.

4wheeling how long you been dealing with them on this issue?
I sent the ticket in, but am going to call the place I got them from since they are an AVO approved reseller and see what they can do.
should I contact David or Hans from AVOV?

I talked to AVOV
and they are sending me some new ones as soon as they receive mine.

yes it is strange issue ,the one i had was ok at first set up but always had to put server info in so i did factory default ,set it back up and no server settings .

I think they have just pushed some boxed out to keep up to keep up to demand

well I guess they are having a hard time fixing my machines, they was supposed to be fixed and shipped today but I called and they said the engineers area having problems so I should get them on Tuesday...

Why will the authorized reseller not take them back for a replacement, if they were defective to begin with. That is who I would be pressing the issue with.

do this take one box and reset after your done setup you should get 5 to 6 bars going on for updates all should say good try and see if you get that on one of them

till i here they fixed that i really cant tell you thats your problem maybe do a reset again and try on ethernet only or wifi only dont have both plug in try it both ways

I think its more of a sdk issue I'm hearing google is tighten up there sdk . A lot of devs will have issues if that is true.
