I noticed that the fx channel on IPTV on my MAG254 was showing a different show (informercial) but the epg is right. I always watch before every Sunday the "The Strain".

IPTV is not a service! It's a protocol for delivering streams. I would check on their support website for info on your problem and complain to them, but it has been going on for a while with FX. They obviously have it linked to the wrong stream.
