help help iptv keep cuting off and sound goes

hello i am having a problem with my iptv i have a nfps code it's working but after a wile the sound goes then it cut off or reset back to the nfps can someone help or tell me what i need to do please this sh..t is driving me crazy :mad::mad:

Well, I will try , first do NOT go changing any settings as of yet ! I have theMAG254, and at the moment I do NOT have any channels. I tried changing channels,no good... I tried leaving on one channel ,,,NO GOOD, I switched to VIDEO CLUB and chose 1choice ,,,,,no good now for the finally ,SHUT DOWN AND REBOOT

Well, the picture came back, but it is still freezing really bad. I guess we'll have to wait for some one smarter than I to help us! SORRY , but alittlehelp is better than NO HELP AT ALL !

This is normal for iksr and nfps .They are not ready yet..Lots of frezzing
