mag 254 keeps rebooting

I set up a second mag 254 as explained in the sticky, registered my mac with provider, all seems well as far as connecting. the problem is that once the tv starts showing a picture , the box reboots itself. Sometimes the reboot is instantaneous, other might be 3 minutes into a show. I have gone thru my other 254 and matched all settings, and testing on the same tv. I have searched the site and have not come across my problem, unless I missed something. Any suggestions on where the problem exist, or what else to try

Try to reinstall the firmware.

reinstalled firmware, but still rebooting. What I have noticed is that this box is running a lot hotter then my other one. I contacted the seller and he sent a return shipping label via email. Thanks for the help and suggestions.
