need some info and help please

hi i'm an older fella and not tech savy at all my son bought me this android tv box [picture included] and
i would like to know how i can add more free add ons . I only have the channels that came with the android that were pre programed or whatever . Please help me and let me know if possible how i go about adding more
or the latest . i live in canada and would like some from toronto , vancouver if possible . thank you in advance .
