Note: if you cannot seem to connect to the ********** site, its because your current client has been trying to connect to the old links non stop and the site has banned your IP.. Dont worry, its only temporary. Just remove the old links from your client, or disable it, or close just kodi for an hour and you will be unbanned..

Note 2: If you have set up the version of Stalker Client that is included with kodi, switching to this version isn't really necessary, you wont gain anything different with it, this is just the easiest way to new users to get up and running






Advanced Alternative setup: for use with version of Stalker that is included with Kodi only. If you dont know what your doing.. dont use this method. install pvr.stalker.nfps instead. Do not ask for support for the advanced method in this thread

Set your EPG remote URL to hxxps://papiao.is/main/EPG/mac/00:1A:78:XX:XX:XX/donation/XXXXXXXXX/fname/NFPSF1

Leave all the value headers in the URL (do not remove the words mac, donation, or fname leave them there, only change the X's)
Replace all the XX's with your Mac or Donation
NFPSF1=24 hour, title only. (use this on fire tv stick or other low ram devices)
NFPSF2=24 hour title only offset one hour, for those having issues.
NFPSF3=72 hour with details
NFPSF4=72hour with details offset one hour, for those having issues.

For all, you may need to add the http:// to the links to make it work.

in a browser, you will get a malformed file of only about 250kb... not really sure why, but hey, you dont need to be doing that anyways and it conserves bandwidth.. . lol.. load it straight into kodi and it will be fine..

Setting this up on multiple TV's in my house, is there a way from the browser to just grab a copy of the guide that's not truncated or anything, that I can put on a local PC and we can all pull from there rather than 6 PC's in my house hammering your site.

create a folder,inside create a new .bat file. example getepg.bat
download wget and place it inside above folder.links for windows version.

cd line - change it to the path of the folder you created

when u want to update the epg file double click on getepg.bat
you can view it in web browser like fixefox but its missing the header so it wont load.above way gets everything.

Much like apun, the epg has started playing up again for me. I have tried disabling/re-enabling tv and had a good try at clearing all the cache and database quite a number of times, as well are restarting kodi. Seems to work at random times. So far tonight, no joy :( Will try another skin later if you think that might do the trick.

Perhaps the database is just being hammered by people like me trying to get it work :p. Apologies if this is the case.

edit: I can't seem to find the update interval settings menu. Mine just says 'guide' instead of EPG with the only option to clear database. On Kodi 15.2

My first suggestion would be to disable live tv, then down to 'guide' & make sure that 'hide no information labels' is unchecked/disabled/off, then clear guide data, then back into live tv & clear data & finally enable live tv.

Ahh.. this may be an issue we have encountered.. blackbear noticed that the linux version of kodi craps the bed on the EPG import sometimes... seems to be due to the length of the program descriptions.. he already has a fix for the issue too, but it means the descriptions will be cut down to the first sentance.. let me know if your still having the issue and We will put up some alternative links for you to try out.

reduced grab to a 1 day (plus a lil bit so your epg never looks blank when set on a 24 hour refresh).. there really is no point to doing a larger grab if kodi cant record or set timers.

should load a bit faster now.

so whenever u wanna switch it over its ready.

pretty much gurantee that's the problem.
when I was testing the new script I didn't have the decription length fix implemented and no way would it load on my Linux box.
soon as I added it it loaded fine.

nfpse.********** is this EST time ? or CENTRAL, because I am in EST and I am having hard time aligning the EPG.

I have tried offset -1 and +1 in the EPG setting but still not gettting the correct EPG. I used to use is.gd with -4 (FOR EST currently with daylight savings) and worked good.?

The ********** is based on UTC, with the exception of webgrab channels which are corrected for UTC. If you are using PVR Simple, the time shift for the Eastern USA time zone is still -4. It may be that certain channels may not be in sync, because the team does not specifically look at all the schedules for accuracy, in particular the non-english channels.

Having a 3 day grab running for something that 99% of people were just using to see whats on now or next just seemed extremely wasteful on bandwidth to me and just made kodi load times unnecessarily longer ..
If and when kodi is able to set up timers or recording we will revisit this, until then i do not think anything larger than a 1 day pull, necessary. As blackbear said, its actually set for 28 hours, so your epg in kodi should never appear to run out when just looking at whats on for[ the next few hours..

the same occured with myself i had to set mine slightly different mines set as "prefer XMLTV" and this link
http://nfpsf.********** i entered it into explorer and had to use the link it turns into including the http part then while thats enabled go back to your main settings and clear all data also from the epg then make sure you set your guide to 1440minute intervals or you could get your ip banned then enable the tv if nothing happens at all go back to your pvr and re-enable it then regardless if it loads shut down xbmc/kodi and restart it again it should now begin loading up.
if it errors again on loading up you may have epg files inside other pvr programs and then you should delete the following.
"database"
Epg10.db
Textures13.db

"addon_data"
pvr.stalker <--make sure only 2 xml files are in there nothing else
pvr.stalker.nfps <--make sure only 2 xml files are in there nothing else
pvr.iptvsimple <--make sure only 1 xml files are in there nothing else
them addons i added are what most people have used between updates and new pvrs so better safe then sorry

finally enter the cache folder while kodi is not running and delete everything except the tmp folder
restart kodi and your pvr should now loadup without issue
"C:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\Roaming\Kodi" in windows this will bring you into the kodi folder

people might restart kodi a couple of times in a row sometimes when installing things testing keyboard.xml, advancedsettings.xml, and other tweaks.
so when you say hammering I suppose you mean consistently every 2 hours or more ie. not reading the first post? :)

also how often do you fetch the 28 hours of epg data, once per 24 hours?

B4U Movies is not US stream, it is Indian stream so EPG is wrong
Movies OK is Indian stream, also has wrong EPG currently

blackbear the EPG for all these movie channels are just showing "MOVIE", some of the channels even have the exact same description with the wrong timing in it. Only one or 2 channels actually have Movie in EPG, but all the other actually show the names of the movie. Just like they did before you made the changes, as they were wrong. Please find another source maybe that has better EPG for these channels, again they are mostly UK Streams. tnx

Is this something that you can rectify at some stage or is it an error at the source?

Or could it be something to do with the fact that the channel name is actually ITV Be but appearing on channel list as ITV B

Are the Indian sports channels epg linked to indian stream's as well? because their epg is also wrong for all the following channels for some reason :(

Ten Action = indian stream, epg is wrong, but on whatsonindia it is correct for same channel name, plz fix
Ten Cricket = is actually "TEN Cricket International" (available on whatsonindia with correct epg), plz fix
Ten Sports = wrong epg, seems indian stream again and epg is correct on whatsonindia.
Sony Six = channel name on whatsonindia is actually just "SIX", please link the guide to that.
Star Sports 1,2,3 (Tata Sky streams from india, epg is currently wrong though, its correct on whatsonindia again), plz fix

what am i doing wrong. ive been keeping an eye out in this thread to see when people start to post that they are up and running with the EPG, but it seems like no matter what i try i still cant manage to get an epg, i even changed skins to see if that was the matter, ive tried the different URL and adding the NFPSE.xml and nothing. i tried both NFPSE and NFPSF and both are loading fine.double check for typo's ect in epg url is all I can suggest.
also make sure epg url is under the right portal,sounds dumb but seen it happen.

one other thing u can try Raymond,shut down kodi.
goto C:\Users\YOUR PC NAME\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\userdata\Database
delete any tv.db and epg.db,might be like tv29.db or whatever but u get the idea
start kodi
assuming its windows and appdata is hidden directory so u have to enable it to show hidden directories.google it if u don't know how.

I had my guide working perfectly but now mine is not working either on amazon fire tv. My guide loads from channel 105 and freezes at channel 131 i installed a kodi build which required alot of restarts and since then i have had problems . Please help.

one suggestion that may sound a bit silly but it worked for me a couple of weeks ago when I couldn't get the Guide info to display on one of my android boxes. I would have put money on the fact that I had all the info entered correctly as I had checked it at least ten times, but I reset the PVR Client settings to default & re-entered the info & it worked straight away. Might be worth a try.

yeah i might not use the "pvr NFPS" because i did as you told me and found those files, deleted them and still no go. Maybe i should just try the original pvr client?

I deleted the build and went back to my skin i was using deleted the tv.db and epg.db like you said with es file explorer i get the pvr manager startup and the loading epg box but i have nothing in my guide now.

It was a bit of a long shot. You might actually save time in the longrun by starting afresh even though it's a pain.

One more thing you could check, in your guide screen bring up the left sidebar menu & under Options make sure that you have Group: All Channels & View: Timeline

you can use kodis built in file manager to delete the db files.. then restart kodi.

or u need to sideload something like ES file explorer, enable hidden files and fodlers, then navigate to the userdata folder....

turn on debugging in kodi(system,system,debugging),restart kodi.after it done loading the epg shut down kodi and check the log file.
the file name is kodi.log
if u cant understand it upload it to pastebin.com and pm me/psycon or dara the link.
if you want to post the link here,use the find function in notepad and search for your mac address and XX it out because is is in the log file.
if I remember correctly it only there once but find will find all instances of it,just keep clicking next till it done.

its the only source that I can find that has actual movie descriptions so I may have to try and shift the epg for it.
wont be back till sunday so wont be done before then.
you can check the other channels and let me know which are wrong,the epg may be just off so check as good as u can.

Well i resolved my problem and im not sure if this is what did it since i did tried a lot of things but this last step might have been the key, i read some older post and one suggestions was to pull the settings.xml from the stalker add-on, well i pulled the settings.xml file from the stalker-nfps addon and changed the timeout connection from 1 to 60, i left it at that and when i woke up this morning the epg was all populated, like i said i did tried many things with no luck and this last step might have fixed my problem, i am not sure if this will work for others with epg issues but i hope it helps for anyone else that has tried everything in this thread, it's a good thing to keep reading, trying and not giving up! thanks for all the help fellas'

The ********** has lots of moving parts, particularly sources, or the server itself, or the internet. Outages from time to time can be expected, but these shouldn't be of a regular nature. If you aren't loading the guide, try dis-enabling the TV/PVR function, then clear data, and re-enable to see if it comes up.

thanks, I will check it as soon as guide loads for me lol, since we switched to ninja from is.gd, loading guide has been a mission, sometimes it works for 2 days then it wont load, and randomly by it self it loads sometimes later in the day, tried everything possible from live tv reset to guide reset to kodi restart, I dont know where the problem is but many people having the same issue, it works and stops, works and stops.

I will report back when it loads.

finally!!!, i changed the link to this and it loaded the very first time, and the epg description seems good and working, they are just off by either 3 or 4 hours, i need to verify this still though as my epg for other channels seems off by one hour, probably do to day light savings. I will report back as soon as i figure out how many hours, thanks a lot though, seems like we are close to finalizing this :D

ok so here is what i figured out so far,

Set Max = good EPG is correct now
Star Gold = good

Zee Cinema = our epg is 2 hours ahead of the actual epg
Movies OK = our EPG is 4.5 Hours ahead of the actual epg
B4U Movies = our epg is 4.5 hours ahead of actual epg

if you used the same epg source for any other indian stream channels (Like sports channnels, star sports 1,2,3,4 ten sports...etc) they will also be all 4.5 hours ahead, and uk streams 2 hours ahead. please fix the above and then movie channels should be good :D, will check more channels later. thanks again

its actually not, like if you look at b4u movies :

on whatsonindia .com/#!/channel/B4U-Movies it currently shows "Teleshoping" is playing (which i checked on the actual channel it is)

but in kodi epg it says currently "JAi Dakshineshwar kali maa" is playing which is suppose to play almost 4 hours later.

this is weird, I do have my timezone in pvr to -4 as i am in EST time zone and with Day light saving its currently -4, All the english channels 105-150 have correct epg for me, but some of these indian channels dont.

currently b4u in epg shows "JAi Dakshineshwar".... playing from 4:30 pm - 9:30 pm, but on the channel and in.com its "sacred evil" is playing. if your epg is synced, then my kodi is acting, but why only for these channels, because english channels are good for me. tnx

but again Set Max and MOvies OK, shows proper epg for me, so its half of these channels. i wonder if you set max EPG is synced ?

I installed iptv stalker and was able to duplicate your results and know what the problem is.
all the channels that are off in the iptv stalker guide are from webgrab....
----when webgrab pull the channel information it contains the time offset within the program start/stop tag
----ex <programme start="20150914150000 +0530" stop="20150914180000 +0530" channel="Maa Movies">
----notice the +0530
----the regular English channels you were referring to as being correct are correct because the offset is +0000,its just cocidence that they are being pulled from a uk epg server and its time zone is utc(+0000)
---- india timezone is utc +0530
iptv stalker adds this offset into the guide where pvr stalker ignores it,its been said before that pvr stalker does nothing with the timezone setting and uses your pc timezone.
just so happens for all the channels we pull with mc2xml we can set a flag(-u) which time corrects all those channels to utc time(+0000) so they also appear correct in iptv stalker.

edit,there may be a fix for this but it would require a total rewrite of the epg webgrab pull script,i may look into it but no promises.
I don't know why people prefer iptv stalker when pvr stalker is so much nicer with color in the guide but to each their own.

I should explain this better...
pvr stalker is correcting for the time offset,above example would be -(5.5 hrs plus your timezone u live in -4.0 hrs(ex eastern time)=-9.5 hrs to correct
iptv stalker is doing the above I believe plus adding the -4 ur manually adding within iptv stalker configuration.

quick question though, how did you get your logos for international channels, i had to create each and single one for my kodi, is there a channel logo link or folder for international channels (I have the english channel logos in a folder). thnx

This is all channels... some of the international channels we have yet to find data sources for, but most of the english/spanish/indian are covered yes... Not sure if this works with ivue, it is intended for use with pvr.stalker and kodi's native EPG system.

I am now looking at some of the Pakistani channels in the list, can we get their epg added please when you get time and the right source:

1028 ARY Digital = UK Stream
PTV Global = actual name of the streaming channel is "PTV National" and is right from pakistan
Geo International = UK Stream (could also be called just "Geo TV")
HUM TV = Europe Stream ( I think UK schedule will do here)
HUM Masala = Pakistani stream or UAE stream

are you using pvr stalker or IPTV Stalker ?, in pvr stalker under General, select the proper Time Zone, for Eastern time it should be set as "America/Toronto" after that clear Data under TV -General and re-load epg and your schedule should fix it self, if it still doesnt fix and is off by one hour then change the Guide URL to " **********/NFPSFD.xml" it will account for the day light savings.

this was normal issue with the old url, use the alternative url.
Go to pvr iptv Simple client - EPG Settings and use this url in XLMTV URL:

http://**********/NFPSF.xml

then restart kodi and will work.

I know what your saying and the MAC address is correct I have tried and change my MAC address so many time now and the channels won't load through the PVR client thank you for your response though but I just can't get my head round it :-/

Ok, if you're definitely using that url in your PVR Client settings, your linked MAC address is definitely entered correctly & the EPG url is definitely entered correctly under XMLTV it's a bit of a mystery why it's not working.

Do you have just one PVR Client enabled?

I think you bought from a reseller. The supported direct payment portals for the service are iptvprivateserver.is, iptvrocket.is, or iptv66.com. The "iptv stalker" site that you found may or may not be selling legitimate donation codes, and appears to be a box reseller... they just took the name of the addon that was released here to access the service.

Dara the URL he quoted is the URL he has entered in the PVR Client settings portal for server address.

I got it from papiao.is. that was at bottom of email its not a reseller it's the legit place I bought it from, it really is baffling me it's been fine since I bought there is no reason why it shouldn't work, I tried it on pvr simple client and works fine but I have spent a good couple of hours arranging my channels on stalker client! Sorry for the hassle and thank you for the responses I have spent most of the day trying to figure out why grrrrr lol

use this "stalker pvr nfps", it is already configured for nfps all you need to do is put in last 6 digits of your mac & EPG url. This worked for me.

?? im confused by this statement.. the EPG in no way whatsoever can enable freeloaders to the NFPS server... as for the EPG itself,, everyone is a freeloader technically, but thats OK, we merely made it out of the kindness of our hearts, and boredom in our minds.. this for everyone, its free to use for all to enhance their viewing pleasure. the server is nowhere near capacity so im not really worried about people pulling to often, but when u hit the server thousands of times a day (or someone on your VPN does, sorry, your IP is getting blocked)... By the lack of response here to my similar posts regarding this, i assume the abusers are not even on this forum, so just wana say thanks guys.

one of the grabs was merely corrupted and broke the pull.. it has been fixed and if you do not see the guide, clear your database and restart kodi.

Sorry guys & Gals,

been sick with the flu for last few days so wasn't around much.
I just updated epg with a few things...
----new indian channels added(those that watch them plse check if they are correct,there is like sony tv usa,sony tv uk,sony asia or whatever.i got so confused as to which was which I think I guessed.they did same for some other channels also)
---fixed the time offset problem for iptv stalker.now for my tests pvr stalker and iptv stalker show the same guide and appears correct.please comment on this as I didn't check each and every channel.
--------this also means that the NFPSED,NFPSFD list should now be 100% corrected by 1 hour.
---all uk channels have been switched from webgrab back to mc2xml.they should display better if you use pvr stalker(adds color to guide).

*****note for some reason today when its starts to load the guide it seems to take forever,just sits there and doesn't move.just wait eventually it will load.dunno if servers slow today or what.

anyway let us know how it goes.

In my stalker pvr remote url is hxxp://nfpsf.********** is this correct? It works great but its not the url I put in. I used one from page 1. Any ideas not that I'm complaining 😀

they are the original links,they redirect to the ones listed on the first post.
some people seem to be having problems with the redirect(guide not loading) so psycon changed the post #1 links to what they are now.
if they work for you great,there no difference between the two.

i made a bunch of epg corrections for the india channels(dozen or more).they wont take effect until the next time the grabber runs.maybe psycon can update on that as I believe its changed to once a day.
the guide pulls are 72 hours now so there is no need to restart kodi everyday to update it,u should have epg for 2 days plus before its starts running out.that could change again but right now its 72 hours.

I ran the grabber so a bunch of india shud be corrected.
sony six was wrong but I didn't notice it to later,its fixed now but will have to wait until next run to update.were only allowed so many linup pulls/day with a new json pull we are using and don't want to waste any.

just a note if you see a channel that epg appears wrong..
the way the files are corrected now to utc leave very low odds of the epg being of by hours(shifted to left or right of time line bar).its more likely the channel had the wrong epg source,example
, with a lot of the indian channels they could be a india,uk or usa feed.they all play the same stuff but its timeshifted differently.so if you see a channel with wrong epg and you are watching it look for things like usa,uk,india commercials,sometimes you will see the provider logo popup(ex tata sky).this will help determine where the channel is from and make correcting the epg way easier.

Having a little troubles setting up MST with the EPG in LiveTV, have read the various tutorials and threads, but just can't land it.
Currently using in Stalker client, XMLTV Only, and in Remote URL, **********/NFPSED, have tried several others, but still an hour ahead.
Thanks for the hard work in advance. I know this stuff is time consuming.

mst should be using the regular NFPSE,NFPSF files.
The NFPSED,NFPSFD files are for places that don't observe daylight savings time.ex I think some Indiana places don't observe dst.
check your pc time and make sure u have the right timezone selected,use the one closest to your area.thats what is used when the epg data is imported to correct it.
