View Full Version : Refund Possible?

I don't know most of you guys, but even at the current donation of 80 this service is still at it's infancy and not worth it. I can barely view anything without the constant buffering. This seems to be a CONSTANT issue with almost EVERY channel possible. At this point I rather not even deal with this headache and just stick to ota programming. If anyone knows of a way to get a refund etc, please feel free to reply with info.
I understand ur feelings but u donated money and asking for refund?

You probably won't get a refund
What are you using to watch iptv. Kodi android etc
You sure it isn't your Internet bandwith.
They probably have a few things to fix to get it to an acceptable level, but I don't have it so I don't know how bad it is
Also u donated 80 for 365 days. I'm sure you will be able to watch few fights, games, ppv movies ....ect without any trouble so I guess ur donation will get you more than that. Not hurting ur feelings but in this hobby you always have problems. But be smart and have multiple backup and u will be good to go.

Never mind this hobby business, this is a business and not a hobby. It is technology. Things can be perfect but aren't
So fix the hobby.

There are some channels that maybe have buffering problems, but saying all of them, I don't think so... It's your network.

I would have to agree that all channels can not be freezing all the time.
The freezing is anoying, I just got the service and think nfps still has some work to do to get it at an acceptable level.
Think it is a bandwidth at nfps issue, two many users watching that channel.

I will refund you..............pm me your donation and I'll give you a refund of 3.00.........Or were you thinking of getting the whole 80 bucks ........Try buying a brand new car...drive it off the lot........go around the block once....and then offer to sell it back to the dealer.......I'm sure he would buy it.........but way below what you paid...........

I wish everybody would stop saying it's an Internet issue at your end it is not it is NFPS problem quit blaming it on everybody else's Internet!!! They have been at this since last Dec. and I must say the service doesnt seem to be getting much better and never mind throwing in the 90 day crap as they have had at least 8 months to make improvements and they are far and in between.

The freezing is diffently on NFPS side, everyone knows it
Iv had the service for 2 weeks now, i can already see some improvements. One of the channels i watch during the day is 100% perfect, its really something to have it running smoothly, Hopefully the rest of the channels can and will be running smoothly in the future, as when they are freezing all the time, such as the NFL NETWORK its totally unwatchable and can drive you crazy trying.

I have been using this service since December and yes there has been freezing and other issues, but for the most part it HAS been very good.

I think either, you are exaggerating, or your setup isn't good...
I get freezing from time to time, on some channels.
Most are fine, and the ones that do freeze it's usually only during peek hours.
I mean come on, your paying 80 dollars for a year of tv, don't complain.
I understand it isn't perfect, but I don't have many issues, and I only have this, no tv sub, so satellite.
Also, it's a donation, so no, you won't get a refund,

LOL...PPV fights are the WORST things to watch on this. In fact, they are unwatchable. Unless of course you like freezing every 2 seconds.

I suggest to you'all who are not satisfied, sell your box and go to Dish, DirectTV, cable company and subscribe. I pay over $80 a month for satellite, and it is not freeze free. But spend your money where you can complain all you want with rights. Not here!

First off, who the heck are you to tell me to stop complaining? Second it's not a "donation" as we all "know", in fact it's a set "donation" price that bears a different naming scheme for obvious purposes. You stated I "paid" $80 so based on your contradicting statements, how is this a donation? is it a payment or a donation?
As far as it being my setup?! Listen, you're talking to someone who has a high level of IT knowledge and not some random senile person just getting into technology, so I think I have a pretty good idea of what I am talking about...it's not my setup! I wasn't asking for perfection, however if I can't even watch non prime channels such as espn or cnn without it constantly buffering, then what the heck is the purpose of this?! As far as testing, I was part of the testing stage and I was under the impression MOST of the kinks were worked off. I see the same problems I've encountered during the "free" preview and this is after my "donation". Occasional hiccups should be expected and I understand, but this is a daily issue with most channels. Okay so maybe I exaggerated a bit by saying ALL channels or my comments were definitely taken out of context, but the reality is that the service (AT THIS POINT IN TIME) is painfull to watch. I get better streaming results via other sites or addons kodi can offer if not the same. And to all those bashing me for solely asking a question and giving feedback on my experiences with this service, until you experience the service as I have, your comments are irrelevant to me.

I find very few channels I watch freeze although 194 Destination America has been unwatchable in the past, 200 CNN has been one of the most stable for a long time as are the BBC news, will say quality has improved since the server outage and could be more improvements coming, suggest xmatic that you hang in and try to find non freeze channels reboots of router and device can help.

Cnn runs at my house bout 10 hours a day, watching now, no buffering, its cleared up a lot in the last few weeks, when it does buffer its seconds, does this for about a half hour and then its fine

For you android box users, google play store, download "clean sweep", use it to clean out junk files, this helps a lot with buffering, been using it for a few months now, works great, anytime it stars buffering or wont load, i run the clean sweep, in the few months I've been using it i have dumped 18gig of junk files

You know how it goes, depends the day and the time ... so watch your live tv when everyone is sleeping... LOL
I am getting used to the brutal buffering attacks .. so I switch out to watching Dragon Ball Z episodes and pretend I am a tween all over again. Hell I bet I could find some episodes of Space 1999 on there somewhere.
Lol!! Thay r not even close to this runing good.

I bought 6 months of a true premium service in hopes that in that time, they get this product sorted out. Constant freezes with NFPS channels. Most of them anyways. Almost zero buffers with the other real premium service. Cost me more, but gave me my sanity back!! Hopefuly NFPS gets things worked out in the next few months. Or even year when I have to renew or not.

have been watching various HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, etc. since the last complaining posts, have not had a single freeze, glitch or prob. Checked out some of the ppv movies for a short time and also the vod with the same results. I use DSL for internet and my d/l speed is 10Mbps but it is always consistent, thks..
