Brand new avov vixo 2 is not loading . when i first plug it in the blue light keep moving from left to right and without loading the menu. its finally load and i do the set-up, it works for almost 1hr and shut down by itself and blue light started changing from blue to green without loading the menu. A ny help will be highly appreciated before i retunrn it back to the seller.

have you tried a reboot unplug from wall wait 10 second and plug back in

A foot note:
Do not ever remove power from back of box, always remove from wall.

A Manual factory data reset might work if you haven't tried already. Instructions can be found here:

Great question I can't really see a difference both ways you are removing power and returning power to the Vixo

If you do not remove plug from wall the power adapter may have current still and cause a spike on your equipment and damage it I learned the hard way my self lol.

Me too, I will be more vigilant in the future!! They are like a lot of cables leading to the back of my entertainment center, looks like a NASA experiment there!!

I have a ton of cables in the back of entertainment Center and was also unplugging from back of receiver. .good to know lowteck I guess u learn something new everyday
