Have tried 3 ISPs during the time periods 5 pm PST (8 am EST) to 11 pm PST (2 pm EST), and having same issues.
Ran Speed tests during each of those periods while freezing, and have 25 MBPS Download and 5 MBPS Upload - still freezing!

this speaks to the quality of your ISP, this doesn't occur with me with avov or Mag. It could also speak to the quality of the uplinks ISP. The Discovery networks channels are a known prob and hopefully will be addressed, thks

cable Internet service is shared between multiple houses. Every house in a neighborhood connects to a device called a neighborhood node that then connects to isp's high-speed network. If most or all of the neighborhood gets online at the same time, the node can become overloaded and the Internet service of everyone that is connected will slow down.

consistency of service is critical for iptv, prolly more important than speed...the very reason I use DSL is the consistency of service throughout the day, thks..

rinny have you tried Kodi with the pvr client? you have to test this service over multiple platforms before you can say it's them... i'd bet a years donation thats it's on your end
