Multiple Portals

Hi. I just got my mag254 yesterday & still learning. I was up & running yesterday with 1 portal then i added another just to see what service worked best for me. The problem started when i tried to switch portals. i went into the main menu & selected reload portal. Then i don't understand what happened as now when i go to iptv channels a message states that i have no iptv channels. Any help with my problem will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I kept playing around with it & finally got it. You go to settings from the inner portal & select relaod portal. You then press menu on the remote control & it gives you the optipon of selecting the service you want to load.
