Question for the MAG 254 people

Ok the Freezing during Prime time out West starts around 6pm..to 1030pm ish Ping 270 Ms around this time..

So for the guys Freezing out West on prime time.
Whats your Firmware? am updated to r11 anybody running r10 any difference?

the times you speak of reflect to your ISP, nothing to do with your stb. Maybe time to look for an ISP which is more consistent...

Tried at a buddy's place same time same problems..different ISP
Channels like 100 585 584 or Adult 1 no freezing at that time..
VOD and Charlie channels start to lag at that time

During the Day no problems!!!
