factory data reset

need help! i did a factory data reset on tv online box, and when i open it connected to wifi package installer is not installing just froze dont know what to do. could anybody help me on this? thankx

try unplugging for a minute then plug back in.

did you update after fac default??....did you also boot up modem/router before box??

dont know if the guy update it! just a reseller on this box, trying to fix the problem for him. but seen system info. is updated to latest ! thnx kool

If the package installer stops working you should try to do a manual factory data reset. See if that fixes it opposed to the regular factory data reset. If not you will have to either come into our office if you are nearby or fill out the serial number form to get an update pushed to you.

So which are you talking about, the small indention on back that says reset or the software reset.

are you tell me you dont see in setting ---system info on the top factory data reset all you need to do is click on it to get box back to the original state now if you want to see if the box has all updates its system updates click on it make sure auto check update is on and click check now
