Awesome!
I don't get freezing on all channels during prime time.
It would be nice to see animal planet, and science channel freeze free!
Thanks for the update buddy, I will also post my findings later tonight!

The EPG that fell off on Sunday night has returned to those North American Channels, that had them previously. This was as of 6:30 AM Mountain Time today at least on the NFPS side of things, which I'm sure Rocket share the same information as far as I understand.

Freezing slowed down for a day, but back as previously stated. It begin approximately 5:00 pm PST (8:00 EST) and becomes unwatchable within a very short time. The freezing stops approximately 11 pm PST (2 pm EST).
At this point anyone looking to sign up, I would suggest waiting until the issue is resolved as the channels are unwatchable, as well as the Video Library. From what I can see here, it looks like load capacity issues and possible redundancy because of load.
If you are looking to add the service, definitely hold off until this is resolved, as there is no need to get frustrated.

EPG will get better soon, if it has not already been done. the old data source dried up and things had to be redone.
