can the files from other providers like xbmc or simple tv be converted to work on the mag254 or the m3u files?

If you have a good m3u file you can load it to mag25x


While in inner portal select home media
Choose the usb you have the file on and select the file
Press f3 on your remote to load
TV (iptv channels) is where you watch them

I am not sure if he is asking about converting regular streaming links to work as IPTV playlist.

So is there a way to convert a regular streaming ling to work with IPTV?

I have a number of live links but they only stream in vlc and not on mag 254, even though there are saved in a m3u file. I think the error is due to the fact that even though the links are live they are not coded to work as IPTV link.

most xbmc main content from Navi-x type programs is provided by one of their site scrapers, I don't know if you can link to those without setting up another portal to group them and access them through it. What about it android users can we get a setup for the mags to use them directly, or do we have to set up a separate portal?
