Remote Control "1" is mapped to "5"

Exactly what the title says. When I click "1" on the remote control it presses "5" and "5" on the remote is also "5". How can I change the "1" to "1"?

Well, i bought the Mag254 from a local shop that sells satellite equiptment. I'll just take it in and replace it.
