IPTV Stalker error

Hi, I live in Turkey and had IPTV Stalker working perectly for a short time, now I get the error " Authorisation failed please contact retailer to activate account.

I paid a subscription to jacs mina , now cannot contact. Has anybody any ideas or must I buy another sub from elswhere?
