problems reseting 254

i did everything right on the set up of my 254 washing perfect and all of a sudden no audio so went to do factory reset did it and exit and save and it is on blue screen and at the bottom tftp load and can not go further than that nothing else i can do now please help with that

really how often this happen cause im going to resale and this is not very convenient what i know is this system would not have this problem or am i wrong

they r in the process of building the system.. things r going to be up & down, in & out,, & every which way, till finished(if ever!).. we're like 7 months into this venture & this is how far they've gotten... no1 on this end has any idea how long this is gonna take, so i wouldn't make a lot of promises just yet.. they have done a stellar job so far, but u can't put a time-line on when it will be fully up.. lets just enjoy what we have.. its getting better every day!:D

i have mg 254 did factory reset after i noticed that i had no audio and does not go out of the blue screen and the bottom says t f t p load any body can tell me what i can do i just purchased some routes to resale but im stock on this situation............
