Need help with service purchase for kodi

ok guys I am trying to purchase donation , but it says the mac is invalid and I have to enter something different then the kodi mac address is. can some one guide me through the process?

Try using the last six digits of your Kodi MAC address, & put 00:1A:78: in front of them.
