PING, Freeze, Testing

Server great in the mornings out West!! Ping 190.0 MS ish

Late Afternoon Ping can Hit 300.0 MS then the Freezing starts..

Is there any way to speed up the Ping? just 50.0 ms faster would make the difference..

My internet Speed 17 Down Up 2.3

it server problem you internet down 17 but serer request min 3mb for video club you good to go can't fix anything except server fix it
or always freezing like when go night time or sport channel when they go live
