Hi I have a Mygica with Mag250 Emulator Stalker. Added the Mac address on Papaio. Everything entered correctly, even changed the mac to see if it would help. Always same message yet with other Mygica same setup it works fine. Totally lost on what to do next. Help please

Are you using 78 or 79 on your MAC address?

Used both 78 and 79 and yes have the right url..... checked nd double checked everything...unlinked mac address and tried again...same thing

Relink your mac address. Then reboot.
