Picture not perfectly fluid

When watching tv program with fast moving objects, the images are not fluid.
It s like the mag254 is not quick enough or is it a question of images per second?
Is there something to do?

Can't really adjust anything. Mine is working decent. The pic quality on quite a few of the channels is blocky though. Really annoying. It must be the streams. Connection is fine.
