If you want every waking moment of your home life to be haunted by the image of a psychopath wearing clothes made from human skin, we have the house for you!

The Pittsburgh-area house that was used as the home of serial killer Jame Gumb (aka Buffalo Bill) in 1991′s The Silence of the Lambs is up for sale, according to local news reports. Scott and Barbara Lloyd, each 63 years-old, are asking $300,000 for the five-bedroom house, which was built in 1910

The couple lived on the top floor of the Fayette County home during director Jonathan Demme’s film shoot, which required several alterations. According to the Pittsburgh Tribune, the house’s foyer and dining room were shown in the film, which went on to win five Oscars, including Best Actress for Jodie Foster, Best Actor for Anthony Hopkins, and Best Picture. “They were looking for a home in which you entered the front door and had a straight line through,” Barbara Lloyd told the Tribune. “They wanted it to look like a spider web, with Buffalo Bill drawing Jodie Foster into the foyer, into the kitchen, then into the basement.”

That creepy basement with the dry well where Gumb (Ted Levine) keeps his hostages and where he later squares off against FBI agent Clarice Starling (Foster), was built on a sound stage away from the house. On the bright side, the house has a pool and a 1.76 acre lot, which means that the very dedicated movie fan could totally build their own version of Gumb’s dungeon.

The Lloyds bought the house in 1976 and were married in its foyer in 1977, which is a far more romantic story than anything in Silence of the Lambs. They’re looking to downsize, they told the Tribune, and are building a ranch house a few miles away.
