Server down?

I'm trying to figure out if it's my unit or the server has been going down. I get auth failed and now it's happening more and more.

I got it to work my Mac got corrupt somehow a quick change fixed it up

It is only working on kodi and not on my mag254. I enter 79 not 78 for kodi.

Like I said it works with 78 for kodi. But I am not interested to work on my pc. I need it with 79 on my mag254. It is there that I am still getting the message you stb is blocked call the provider.

The strange thing is that all three of my accounts are saying the same thing. It is active and I have 291 days left. I contacted support and they sent me here. This was the first place I visit when I saw the problem. I do not know what to do because support will not help.

change your mac by one digit, then change it back to your actual mac..:)

I change it by one, two six, all twelve and back in all three acounts and nothing. My mag254 get the message you stb is blocked. I try it on kodi pc and it works but when change the 78 to 79 I get the error on the mag254.

mag doesn't work on 78, only 79....78 is only for stb emu or stalker users. Sure hope you didn't have pc w/kodi on when you checked your box, if so your mac is prolly blocked..

I just use kodi to test why I am the only one still down. And I only use one account it does not explain why my two other accounts are blocked also.

Same issue here. Brand new MAG254.. Worked yesterday when I was testing. Brought to another location to setup and got STB is blocked.

Tried changing MAC +1 and back no change
Changed MAC to 78 and setup android emu and it works fine.

Change MAC back to MAG 79's and still STB is blocked.

Account is valid and working fine on Android emu, but will not work on the brand new MAG.

Thoughts?

Edit** Should add the MAG worked fine for about 24 hours. Moved it to another location and it stopped...

I contacted support and they directed me here, I responded by informing them that I did everything everyone here said to do. They wrote me back requesting pictures of the tag below the mag254 with s/n and mac#. , order numner, purchase date, gateway use to pay and amount. I advise to contact support with all of that information. I just receive confirmation that one of my mag is working. I will test the other two later.

Thought I would ask.. How long was it for iks66 guys to get back to your support email? Did you just do the contact form from iks66.com?

About four hours and they send me to this website, I replied telling them that I did everything everyone suggested here several times then it took them two hours to send me the request. After I email them back the information they fix one of my boxes an hour later. I am not able to verify the others until later in the day.

This seems to only be in the iptv66 side. I see no complaints on rocket or nfps. Hopefully they can figure out what they did to cause this soon.

unfortunately, I bought three route and I have two down and no support. I send several email and only got one to work.

Hi I've got the same problem, Have tried to change mac address but when putting in the original one it says, mac address already being used.
What can I do?

Several reboots, several MAC changes still no luck. Just factory reset my MAG and set it all up again. Still STB is blocked. I messaged support via the website yesterday and again today. No response at this point.

The account works fine if I change the MAC and fire it up on an android emulator.

Any other ideas?

I guess the news is out. Do not buy Mag254. they do not work with this service. Kodi is working ok, emulator but no mag254.

I have been testing this service i do not see anything wrong with it unless you where using other devices with same mac could be one reason your service is blocked

If that were the case, wouldn't the route checker say mac already exists?

If that is the case you must snap a picture of the mac on your box which is located at the bottom of the box and send them an email to get it validated agian.
