Can someone tell me how to correct this problem.Just bought several donation, got 1 running no problem,next 1 come up with error"The following MAC Address(es) already exist in our system or are invalid". this box had free software on, now am trying to setup for 1year. Can anything be done with this? Thanks for any help given.

did you put that mac address on anything before if so remove the old one if no send a picture of the mac address from box or manual to the one you got the donation from rocket or nfps they will fix it

I have this issue as well with a box that was used back during the trial phase, before things became paid. I would like to activate this MAG254 on a donation but I get, "The following MAC Address(es) already exist in our system or are invalid.". Who do I contact about this, as I am trying to set the box up on a Rocket donation?

Edit: Apparently my laziness from not using capital letters on the MAC Address was the issue.
