the red one should not have a (dot) in front of the 11

It seems to be not required by PVR Stalker, however if you are using the STB emu and IPTV Stalker, the "http://" is required. It's filled in for you if you are using an "Official" android emulator.

It really depends on the client you are using. If you are using the Stalker Client then you have to use the hxxp://portal.iptvprivateserver.tv.

If your using the Stalker PVR then you can use 11.iptvprivateserver.tv or hxxp://portal.iptvprivateserver.tv/stalker_portal/c/

Just so there is no confusion, he's not using the Kodi apps. The PVR Stalker appears as "Stalker Client" in the PVR clients list. IPTV Stalker, the video add-on, doesn't appear as "Stalker Client" anywhere on Kodi, even if technically it is a client.
