I have a new vixo 2 I have changed my MAC address at iks rocket I have put URL into avov and still no channels it's taken a long time to connect I have unplugged receiver to reboot and nothing thx team hope you can help me

ok so you loaded tv online app look at think top right corner thats mac address you need copy that now did you go and setup that mac address ?

Yes I did I did that at iks rocket I printed the step by step and followed that and printed my donation report and the MAC address is in there am I missing something I have been reading all over trying what other guest have had trouble with and nothing

What red button I tried hitting when URL screen comes up nothing and I do have a little h it doesn't say in setup to hit red button ok I got you about the red button it just try to connect how long should it take everything is right at search my rocket it won't connect that's the trouble I'm having

when in tvonline go to setting next click server one check it or click on it now box comes up where server url is and that use info then hit connect now if you see channels on right side your good go out and watch tv and see the mac address on top when you went to the site to load that info you use that address right and it said it was good to go

I don't know if it said good to go once it was entered it went into the MAC address box I figured that's what it was suppose to do I guess should I delete it from rocket and enter it again I reloaded my Mac at iks rocket and it Mac loaded successful so I don't know what's wrong

you can check and see if all are right make sure they have a ::::: in-between and numbers match the avov2 box thats the only two thing that could be bad mac address or url and you did setup internet first just asking

I'm hard line to the box so I don't think that would be it is my rocket working ok on your end cause I have no tv right now on iks server

thats ok will do both and you are good to go nothing wrong just checked you should have tv check internet reboot router and then turn your box on

I rebooted router and still no tv it won't connect is there something that I need to do in box settings do I need to configure something

Yes that works so the Internet is working cause it can stream a movie and the box is working because I started to wonder if something was wrong with the box it has to be something on that end

I did that allready nothing I have seen that other people on here have had the similar problem could not connect but it doesn't say what they did to fix it so much for lug and play lol

look if thats true mac address from box and the url is right it should work go to tvonline setting and hit the first server and click red button on the remote

I have done that everything is right I have checked it to make sure I don't have to set anything up for Internet cause I'm hard wired it picks it up automatically

Yes I did that buddy I have checked 3 and 4 times reinstalled TV online twice and rebooted my network streaming works why won't the server work can you check with someone and get back to me cause I'm stumped URLs is http://11.iptvrocket.tv/ that's what I have in URLs

I don't know if its the same as tv online box, but I wouldn't connect at 1st. I had read at another forum that they checked off the credentials box and put the email they used to buy donation as username and donation number as password. I tried and it worked for me right away. I bought another box since then, and did same thing. Worked right away.

the info he gave me is right has internet like i said two things could be wrong mac address is wrong he gave me which he got from top corner of the tvonline app or the url he gave me which is right that he gave me now he redid box and ran i few apps and they worked my only last question is did you buy the donation off the rocket site

Quick question, re check your mac address. Do you have any 8s or Bs. I mistook a B for an 8 and that caused me a lot of trouble until I identified my mistake. Double check your mac address and correct it in you donation if necessary.

that didnt do anything they dont even use that maybe because i redid your mac address with a different number and then put your old one back in oh well

I know you say it doesn't do anything, but worked for me on both boxes. I spent a few hours trying to get my box going when I 1st got it. As soon as that info was inputted it worked. Same thing with my second box. I tried without and with. It connects quickly after you input donation info. Just saying, people having problems connecting should try it......it can't hurt right.

same with me, I checked auth box when we went to paid on TV Online model...worked for me

so many days after trial was over, I wasn't able to connect on Online model. All I did was check auth and enter user/pass and all was and still is good...:cool:

They have not officially said to do that, but that would stop the problem of people not have a mag or AVOV box from creating a fake mac addresses not using the 78.
