I don't know what to do next.

My Mag 254 box was running good last night then this morning i tried to enter the portal for VOD but i just got the blue stream i waited for it to change to yellow but nothing and the remote would not stop it so i unplug it and now i have nothing on the screen. I have tried doing a reset with holding the menu button but nothing but everything is lit up and i know that the internet is connected as well as the HDMI working if anybody can suggest something else to try i would be grateful. Thank you

try that reset again, try it a few times.

I have tried that reset many times but still no success because when i unplug then replug i still need to power on before it starts up and i tried holding the power button and the menu button but still no success so i am going to contact the suppler maybe he has an idea i can try if not it will be returned. Thank you
