Lagging more then anything,, Buffering settings anyone?

Video output mode -1080p-60. Graphic resolution 1280 x 720. Auto frame rate 24/50/60 hz. Force dvi - off.

Event reaction immediately.

Advanxce settings: Buffer Size 15. Gimp version v2. Up np client enabled off.

Weird at 11pm the Lagging and freezing stopped...From 6ishpm to 11pm its so bad can not watch.. It worked ok before lol will test tomorrow again!!
