unable to add MAC

Hello Guys,
I am very new to this, I just purchased a donation and got a conformation email, i did not put a MAC while purchasing it.
Now when i try to add a MAC its says unable to add , i have tried several times on papiao.is , and the mac i am using is from the Random MAC address ,
please help

I am using a windows based HTPC and Kodi 15

Make sure your mac start with 00:1A:78

I am using a windows 7 PC with Kodi 15,, my issue is I am trying to generate an random MAC and use that on Papio.tv to the new donation but I says unable to add Mac and I cannot further that step use the same format as per tutorial
