I have been using the Video addon and have been pleased with performance. I decided to configure the Stalker PVR as well so I could use the guide feature. Both work but the PVR client seems to stutter every 20 seconds or so. The video addon does not exhibit the same behavior.
The problem is a micro stutter or hiccup that happens every 20 seconds or so. Not so noticeable in video but the audio cuts for a few milliseconds and then returns. Annoying as hell
Was wondering if anyone else has this issue or any suggestions for remedy.

I installed the 15.1 RC ARM version last night and it seems to have fixed this issue. Thank you KODI Dev team.
