LMAO ok here is my finding for my area i'm in FL we are getting T storms every afternoon or at evening we just got one and that's when it hit me
that is when i start getting the buffering or slow channel moving or all pixel picture. just bring back memory of the old days doing dave and scramble to find of a fix
at least for the moment this is what my buffering issues seem to be related to. yours may vary
