Need help deciding which one is best moving forward. Looking at factors such as channel listing, uptime, quality and stability.

Thanks. I was hoping that the servers have gotten stable by now since they are asking for donations. I want to watch sports channels and freezing is unacceptable.

I get very minimal freezing on rocket. Almost none actually... maybe check you connection.

I have a 30MB Internet connection, using kodi and simple iptv.

Do you have all of the USA sports channels? Such as ESPN and ESPN2, etc. I am planning to watch a lot of football because the season just started this past week.

I get very minimal freezing on rocket. Almost none actually... maybe check you connection.

I have a 30MB Internet connection, using kodi and simple iptv.

I have 50 mbps .timewarner ...........avov tv-online box .........nothing wrong with my setup............I know what I'm doing and I know there is plenty of freezing

You are sharing bandwidth with your neighbors if you are using Cable Internet. In some places it can be bad, no matter how fast your speed is. I'm on a cable internet with only 15mbps... only some freezing time to time,

I have Comcast unlimited, barely any freezing, it does happen for time to time. family member uses ATT (150 GB limit) and they only watch spanish with no complaints so far!!

You might get a picture of that by reviewing the Channel forum and looking at what some are reporting with their boxes and reading the box forums about issues.

Most people with freezing are mostly on cable internet.

Well, maybe you don't quite know what your doing. I have some freezing, but hardly any at all. Maybe 1 or 2 times a day it'll freeze for for few secconds.


Go into your router settings and check if qos I turned on.
I found when I had it on each of my divices would get around 8mbps speed. When turned on I'd get closer to 30

I sure do.....I don't need to create a bottleneck with my bandwidth .......don't need bandwidth prioritization ....I use only 1 device at a time ..that includes even computers......QOS is never active.......and I have no CAP on my internet service..................ROCKET-NFPS are the ones with the problem a night..........nothing else I stream through a computer has this freezing problem....and I'm talking about LIVE TV.....................

Its the service. still pretty much the same from when it was free. some days some times its works better and vice versa, and depends on CH. I have both mag and Kodi setup, exactly the freaking same...literally exactly the same quality on both. 100 down and verified, no issues on my network at all. I have tested it by running 3 PS4's running streaming video on Netflix, Plex, and games at all time of the day and night.... don't hiccup one bit on those devices. but Yup the Kodi and Mag do pause/buffer regardless if them PS4's is running or not, even connected direct to modem and still same.

Like they all say, just wait....lol I get me my $10 donation from 66 and wont buy another till they done fixed it.

It certainly is the rocket service that craps out. I am on cable internet and get constant 100Mb down and I have ran a test just to be sure it wasnt my end.

I streamed Netflix HD on 2 devices, SkyGo hd on another two and two devices streaming 1080p movies on the kodi genesis app all simultaneously and all 6 ran flawlessly. Now when I go on most channels on rocket service its unwatchable even when nothing else is using bandwidth.

How is that my end then?

There are no excuses that its peoples own fault and they should not be told to check their end until the obvious faults server side are rectified.

Rocket is of course using many different sources.....and a lot of those sources are not worth sh....t ...looks like they are going the cheap way to run this thing...there not in full control of all these channels............I would love to have 75 quality channels...both in substance and quality.instead of 750 channels that mostly have problems and 80% of those channels I have no interest in.....You would have thought Rocket made enough money through the years selling donations to build a quality iptv service.

so you would rather have lets say 5000 channels that have poor quality viewing .....freezing....,, up and down...and maybe have most channels in a language you couldn't care less about....or 75 to 100 channels that you really like and are up all the time with no freezing and with a high quality picture........if so I could get you for free 5000 channels .....watching those channels though is another story.........

People are quick to bash a service, when it's usually a user error. Becaus unless I'm magic, it's on your end.

You sir have an awful attitude. You aren't being forced to use the service. If you want to go get the channels for free, be my guest.

For me the channels we have work great, not a lot of freezing.
