Got mine instantly, about 6 monthes ago. Check span folder, if you still can't find it try to email rocket and get help. There contact page is at iptvrocket.tv

I don't understand I searched the order it says assigned but I have checked every email folder nothing yet

As mentioned by others: Check your email spam folder. It often get sidetracked into there for unknown reasons!
