I haven't been able to get any answers or help on this.

I have recently purchased a rocket and have set it up. I have been using IPTV on my MAG250 for years now so I am not new at this.

My portal has been set up, my account says active however, I do not get any video at all. I can see the channel list and the guide.

I have updated my firmware and tried several video settings with the same result.

The video club also says file missing for ALL movies.

I need some help with this.

Have you tried rebooting your router/modem?

Yes I have. I work in IT and it was the first thing I checked. It's not internet related because the youtube app on the portal works without issue. A coworker has the same server and I tried my MAG250 on his internet with the same outcome.

I've verified its not DNS related or anything.

Plug in power supply Holding Menu button in.

So most likley the firmware is corrupted.Have you updated to lastest firmware?

Maybe this Mag is a clone, see for "FF" in the MAC Address, if it's clone check the Tsop (probably needs to be replaced)

It's not a clone. I've tried a brand new MAG250. Same result!

I logged on to https://papiao.is/main/search_rocket and registered my new MAC address. My account IS active.
I added the portal to the new MAG AND updated to the latest firmware.

Still no video.

Can you please make sure that your mac address is correct with the box: In MAG254/250; Go to System settings -> Device Information
and also check the portal url, it should be: http://11.iptvrocket.tv
