It is a plinkster with add onskin. Shoots well and after a little work on the mag no jams through 100 rounds.

Good shootin RC, I like a good shooting gun. I have a dpms 7.62x51 It does ok but at 150 meters it still shoots about a 4-5" circle leaning on a tree. I use 147 gr military ammo in it, I think maybe I should try some good 150 grain commercial to see if it's better, or it's just me setting up for recoil. I was thinking if it's me setting up, the 715 is almost identical in size stock design, and setup. I wonder if it would show me the error of my ways if I am setting up, what do you think?
The look and feel is that of a AR but is just a .22. Will however let you practice trigger and grip. Stand or laying down control It is 6 pounds unoaded.

Hey Rocky..be interested to know what .22LR your using for practice and plinking..if available at the time I generally use the federal "value-pak", 36 or 40gr.,fairly good performance for reasonable cost plus burns very clean, unlike some.
Blazer (cci) led 40gr. It either will run lead or it gets fixed so it will.
