Unable to Link Mac Address using Papio

Hello, I hope someone can help me with linking my MAC address to my donation. I have tried several different computers and followed the directions provided to me on trying to change my MAC address but it just keeps telling me unable to change Mac address. I have emailed IPTK rocket, Papio, posted on this community forum. What am I doing wrong? Who can help me?

have u changed the first 6 digits of your mac address to :00:1A:78 ? Also need to make sure the mac of whatever app u are using to connect matches that....iptvstalker for example in configuration

As what Becool80 said, the Rocket checker will give you that "Mac Address Could not be Updated" if you don't have 00:1A:78 or 00:1A:79 as the first six digits of your MAC. Use 79 only if you have a MAG or AVoV.

I was using 79 instead of 78. It took the MAC address. Thank you becool, you made this chubby guy one happy dude..
