Link Mac Address

Hi, I am very new to IPTV and I order my rocket but failed to link my donation to my MAC address. I have sent many many messages to Papio tv about this and just want to link my address to my donation so I can start enjoying television. i have tried using Firefox, chrome, Safari, internet explorer but still cannot link my donation number to my MAC address. Can anyone help me out? Please PM me or reply to this thread. Thank you
