I ordered a rocket last wed and I haven't gotten an email yet, bank paid for transaction, I checked junk mail and spam I didn't write down order # so I am not sure how to ckeck

TWD8711, I order a rocket Monday morning and still have not received anything. I had screen that said payment approved and did not write down my donation number as the screen loaded to a new screen before I could write it down.

7 Days is a long time, it only took minutes every other time i ordered from rocket

its been way to long to wait for a donation, after 7 days I cant imagine getting it any time soon, been doing this for a long time and have never waited this long not even close, not sure what to do dispute charges and try again then I would have to use another credit card and im not very fond of using cards in the first place, it seems without an order # (which I don't have) there is no way to check whats going on

I also have not gotten a email with donation number. But did finally today get a email from them asking for what pay option I used. I am waiting to hear back.

My friend has been waiting over a couple days. I have the order number, is there someone I can email? I got my 15 codes right away, but for the 22 we recently ordered there's no sign.

I have, it just says it could take 24-48 hours and to check that the card has been charged. It's been longer than 48 hours and the card has been charged.

trying to get someone to help seems to be impossible, I guess as long as they have your money they are good to go, I didn't write order # down, never had any trouble before, 11 days and still no response from anyone, where is customer service

Email them with a different email you feel you rely on your emails make sure you input your email you used to order and order info as well.

It's really not making any sense, from my vantage point. They communicate, but say that they are just too busy to get the codes out to us. Going on five weeks with no rocket codes. Looking on numerous forums, that seems to be a fairly common dilemma. Typing out an email isn't 'rocket science'.

not sure what to do, nobody will respond, I just keep trying to bring it to some ones attention, im out 83 bucks so far and I would like someone to make it rite

I used the email address I posted earlier with what payment system I used, and then did a cut and paste from my credit card of the payment person name and amount with date, sent that last night woke up this morning with a email with donation code.

Well glad you got it straightened out. WHen ordering I think there should be something that says write this number down, as it appears some people are not getting a email confirmation.
