Another simple, noob question

Hey there,

I came here to buy (or subscribe) an iptv m3u playlist so I can add that to my Samsung Smart TV(SIPTV app to be more exact), but I am very confused. I don't see any "offer"(if I may) and I also don't see a channel list.
My questions are:
Am I in the right place?
Where are the offers and channel lists?

Sorry if it sounds too ignorant, but I simply am new to this stuff. Hope you guys don't mind :)

Sorry, but the service discussed here doesn't have an open m3u list, and we don't discuss them here, as they are considered dangerous for members as some out there may lead to malware.
