IKS or IPTV Plus Free IKS Donation

hi im new in this, from ipstv and i would like to buy iptv stalker but in the page they offer two options iks only or iptv + iks free, whats the diferences.
and what in your opinion i need to buy. i am a kodi users.

IKS is for satellite receivers. Select the option for IPTV plus free IKS if all you have is Kodi.
