Unused Donations ?

I purchased 10 Rockets last year and only activated 1
Now when I check the unused donations I get this message,
"Sorry but there is not match with the information provided or your Donation expired a long time ago."

When I log into my "papiao account", it shows "Current Balance IKS- 0 IPTV- 9",
but all I get when I check my donations is this message

Can someone please help.

They stopped issuing activation keys a few months back. I had a username/Password on my initial list but when I chose the credit it gave me a new username/password. And when you use an IPTV code you also get IKS, but you can buy just an IKS. But why would you do that. Collect your credit for your code. It will give it to you instantly.

How do I collect credit?
I logged in to my papia account and do not see any place to do this.
It just show me "Current Balance IKS 0 / IPTV 9"
But when I check my donations it just shows 1 active that will expire in 21 days.

Any help will be greatly appreciated
