URL name not connecting

I am a lifetime subscription member. My Mag 250 box was working perfectly the last time I tried it in June.
I went to connect it tonight and it would not load.
It left a message to check the connections (which I did) or check the nURL address (which I did) but nothing.
Any help would be appreciated.

I didn't know they had a lifetime membership but in any case the free trial is over check out the forum
