Power issue

Just got this box and have issue already. I can power off OK but unit will not power back on with remote. even after waiting for it to boot. I have to unplug it and plug it back in. Any ideas?

That's normal, if you hold the power off button for a length of time it will shut it down and you will need to unplug it from the rear. To close the avov, s simple click of the button will close it.

OK thanks it just seemed strange.
One more question will a simple click of the power button stop downloading of content? No point is using up bandwidth when not watching.
