made purchase. Visa problems

Just made purchase. Got message that says that says 'Do not honour'.
I called visa and automated teller ask me about the charge and I approved . Does this mean its good now? or do I have to do it again? I do not want to be charged again.

Check to see if they took out the money and also check your email before you do any thing else
